Using this website
The information on this website is general in nature and provided for your convenience. Prices shown are indicative starting prices in Australian dollars and are not an offer or a fixed quote.
Quotes and scope
Recommendations generated by the tools on this site (including the solution builder, savings calculator and digital audit) are indicative estimates based on the information you provide. Final scope, deliverables, pricing and timeframes are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
Our services
- We deliver the scope set out in your accepted written proposal.
- Timeframes depend on receiving content, access and approvals from you.
- Ongoing Digital Support is provided month to month and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and access we reasonably need.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, images or data you supply.
- Maintain your own accounts with third-party providers (domains, email, payment platforms) unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Third-party services
Our solutions may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, email delivery, analytics, AI features or integrations. We're not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by those providers, though we'll help you work through them.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the content and the website or automation deliverables built for your business. We retain ownership of our own reusable tools, templates and underlying methods, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
No guarantees of results
We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, lead numbers or revenue. We do commit to delivering the agreed scope to a professional standard.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the services or refunding the amount paid for the affected services.
